No we charge no "Booking Fee" nor any "Convenience Fee".

100%* of what the rider pays is your gross taxable income.

You can upload new driver documents whenever you like.

 

Uploading new vehicle documents will deactive your vehicle while we review the documents, so it's best you upload new vehicle documents at the end of a shift.

 

We generally review newly uploaded documents within a few hours during the day.

On all our rides, riders are given 3 minutes of free wait time, followed by charged wait time.

Not yet, we're awaiting an enhancement to our app to begin charging our cancelation fee where the rider cancels 4 minutes after a driver has been assigned.

If you've arrived to pick a rider up they have 5 minutes to arrive and begin the ride, after 5 minutes you can cancel and receive a No Show fee, fees for your region can be found here. We deduct GST from the No Show fee, but you receive the remainder with no service fee charged.

We charge a flat 17% Service Fee regardless of your GST registration status or anything else. 

This 17% Service Fee already includes GST (We don't take 17%+GST).

 

For comparison against other Rideshare companies, our pre-GST Service Fee is 14.79%+GST

Not yet, we're awaiting an enhancement to our app to begin charging drivers $4 when they cancel a ride.

We're charging drivers to cancel rides as 99% of the time there is no valid reason to do this. Drivers see the amount they will earn, pickup address, dropoff address, time and distance to pickup, and time and distance from pickup to dropoff. The only valid reason therefore to cancel a ride is if something occurs between accepting a ride offer and arriving at the pickup point.

We hope to make very little money this way, we're using it as a deterrent as our experiance so far is that many drivers accept a ride then cancel shortly after, which isn't logical given the information you have about a ride from the offer.



Canceling Rides leads to riders moving platforms which costs us all. If you believe you have a valid reason for canceling a ride, please contact our support team to request they review and consider refunding any cancelation fee you may have been charged.

If you don't want to recieve ride offers for a certain ride type, e.g. PreciousPet, please contact our support team and they'll update this on your account.

Uploading Driver Documents:

  1. Open the driver app
  2. Click the 3 line menu button in the top left
  3. Click settings
  4. Click Driver Documents/Information
  5. Click the document you wish to upload 
  6. Select the image either from your camera or your gallery
  7. Click submit

 

Uploading Vehicle Documents:

  1. Open the driver app
  2. Click the 3 line menu button in the top left 
  3. Click settings 
  4. Click Vehicles
  5. Click on the vehicle you want to upload documents to
  6. Select the image either from your camera or your gallery
  7. Click submit
