LogMate Shift Data Connection

Legal Requirement

aRide is legally required to receive your logbook shift data if you're driving under our TSL.

 

LogMate

When you sign up as a driver with us we send you an invitation to approve our data access to your LogMate account. If you decline this request, or if the request fails* you'll then need to follow the manual connection instructions below.

 

* LogMate has changed thier process with their new system, meaning that our invite is not sent if the email address you've signed up to with us and with LogMate don't match.

 

Manual Connection Instructions

  1. Open the LogMate app

  2. Press the link to the TSL Holder screen (middle button button on the bottom of the screen highlighted in red in the next screenshot)

  1. Press the + button in the top right of the above screenshot.

  2. Enter data as shown in the below screenshot and then press Save.
